I love this. I found it when someone posted a sad video on IG about their test dying and I had a similar thing happen to mine after I’d miscarried my daughter. My sisters wedding was right around the corner when we suddenly lost our grandmother and a memorial ring for her was just the thing she needed to get through her big day with a piece of the most important person who couldn’t be there with us. Kelsey worked with me quickly and opened her shop when she was closed temporarily to create the most perfect custom rings for us. They shipped quickly and arrived in time for the big day. The rings were exactly what I imagined and came out beautiful.They have helped bring us peace every day since then and I cannot be more thankful to have a piece of my grandmother with me daily. The process of having memorial jewlery made is very sensitive and Kelsey understands that and is very accommodating during the difficult time. Kelsey is professional and a pleasure to deal with. I left it up to her to design my piece and I’m very pleased with the result. I’ll attach a photo but honestly it doesn’t do it much justice. Her process does take awhile so it’s not a quick turnaround but honestly who’s in a rush to get these things. Probably for the best because I’ve had time to process the loss and I can look at the piece without losing it! I hope she stays in business for a long time because I will use her for every loss. I absolutely love this letter and so did my husband. We got it for our son and it was so sweet and brought tears to our eyes. We didn’t care too much for the wood color, but it doesn’t matter because it doesn’t take away how great of a job she did. I love it!
