How it Works
I’ve tried to make this process as easy and painless as possible.

Placing Your Order:
Any listings that have variations such as color or style (with the exception of the Memorial Pyramid) will have options to choose from so you can customize your piece. All listings will have a text box option so you can enter any additional instructions or requests for the design of your piece. Once you have selected your options, add the item to your cart!Â
If you are ordering a Memorial Pyramid, you will need to fill out an Order Form.  Please download the PDF file that contains the order form for you to fill out. This is where you choose your colors, tell me what items you are sending, decide if you want glitter/foil flakes, etc. Print the form out and include this form in the box with your items. There is a Google Doc version if you are unable to print the form out.Â

Your account is where you can edit your billing and shipping information, track the status of your order during the process, and view your order history. You will never receive any spam emails and your information will not be shared with third parties. If you choose to sign up for newsletters, you will only receive an email once a month with information on sales, announcements, or new products.Â

Go to the Shipping Instructions section and follow the instructions that are specific to the inclusion you plan to send. This page also includes information on the volume of inclusions recommended for each piece. Photos and ultrasounds can be sent digitally via email or by uploading a digital file to the listing before adding the item to your cart. If you only have a physical copy they can be mailed with the rest of your items.
** If you ordered any bridal items, please follow the instructions in the PDF file found here. Be sure to follow the correct instructions (instructions are different for flowers that are dry or still fresh).

PEACE OF MIND:Â Once received, all inclusions will be placed in a large plastic envelope and properly labeled with your information. They are then stored safely in a file organizer, where they will remain throughout the process. Items are only removed from the envelope when they are ready to be placed inside the piece, and the envelope with remaining inclusions is returned promptly to the file organizer. Any remaining inclusions will be returned to you with your finished piece, with the exception of breast milk.
Order Statuses:
Once I receive your inclusions, you will be able to track the status of your order and view progress notes throughout the process here. I may also contact you via email to update you with progress photos. The statuses below are what you can expect while you wait for your piece to be finished.

If you are sending personal items, your order will be set to “Waiting on Inclusions”. This means your order cannot be started until your items arrive. The estimated turnaround time for your piece starts the day I receive your items. For example, if you order a Memorial Pyramid on January 1st but I don’t receive your items until February 1st, your estimated ship date will be 12 weeks after February 1st.
Once your items arrive, you will receive a notification via email. Your status will be updated to “Order Queue”. This means your items have been labeled and filed away while current orders are being finished and yours can be started. Waiting in the order queue may feel like a long time and this is when many people become anxious, but don’t worry! Turnaround times factor this wait time in. For example, the 12 week turnaround time for the Memorial Pyramid allows 6-8 weeks for current orders to be worked, and 4-5 weeks for your pyramid to be made. Remember I am only one person, and can only work on so many orders at one time to ensure each one is perfect!Â
Yay!! When you receive this notification it means I have started your piece. Feel free to check in on the progress by emailing daisiesandmemorials@gmail.com with your name and order number if you’d like a photo update.
When your piece is removed from the mold, many times it will have very sharp edges or minor surface imperfections from the silicone mold. When your order is updated to “Final Touches”, it means your piece is finished, but needs some extra TLC before it’s ready to ship. This can include sanding, adding a clear coat, and polishing.Â
When your order status is updated to “Shipment”, it means your piece is being prepared for shipment. This means I’m getting the certificate printed along with other shipping documents, and packaging your order. (Many times this process is so quick that I don’t send this notification.)
Finally! When your order is marked “Complete” this means it has been dropped off at the post office and is on its way to you!Â
