Shipping Instructions

Use the toggles below to find packaging & shipping instructions specific to the items you are sending.

Please do NOT send any inclusions in a letter envelope. I have had envelopes arrive to me torn with inclusions damaged or missing!

Include a note inside your package with your name and order number so I can confirm it is yours.

Bridal (Floral) Orders

  • Please follow the instructions contained in the PDF file for dried flowers.

Fresh flowers should be sent ASAP (or at least within 2-3 days) after a wedding or event to ensure their shape and color is preserved as much as possible. I recommend you, as the bride, delegate this task to someone you trust such as a maid of honor. (That way, this will be one less thing for you to worry about on your big day!)

  • Please follow the instructions contained in the PDF file for fresh flowers.

Packaging your Inclusions

  • Anything fragile (glass, clay paw prints, etc.) should be bubble wrapped to avoid shattering in transit. Feathers should be placed in a hard container such as an empty pill bottle or Tupperware container.
  • Loose items (jewelry, glitter, sand, etc.) should be placed in a ziplock bag at the minimum to keep them contained inside the package.
  • Heavy items, or items that have sharp edges (horseshoe, spiked dog collar, etc.) should be bubble wrapped to avoid damaging or tearing the package.
  • Photos and ultrasounds can be sent to me digitally through email or text or mailed physically with the rest of your items. The quality of the image in the final product will be the same as the quality you send me, so please make sure to use a high-resolution image if possible.
  • Label the bag or container with your full name and your pet’s/loved one’s name.
  • Ashes should be placed inside a leakproof container (Ziplock bag sealed with tape, empty pill bottle, container with a screw top lid, etc), and placed inside a secondary container (Ziplock bag, bubble wrap) in case the first container fails.
  • Please do not package cremains in a glass container as these can shatter during transit. If you want the ashes preserved inside a glass jar, please package the glass jar separately, wrapped in bubble wrap.
  • Label the bag or container with your full name and your pet’s/loved one’s name.
  • To ensure lasting quality, please do not attempt to dry your milk at home.
  • Breast milk should be shipped FROZEN in a breastmilk storage bag.
  • Label the bag with your first and last name, and date.
  • For added security, place the storage bag inside another leakproof Ziplock bag. This reduces the chance of it leaking in transit.
  • If it arrives thawed, that’s totally fine! Expired breastmilk is okay!!
  • For a small fee, I can store the remaining breast milk frozen for up to a year in case you decide to order anything else in the future! If you do not want this option, the remaining breast milk will be discarded.
  • Fur or hair should be in a ziplock bag or screw top container so it is easier to handle.
  • Label the bag or container with your full name and your pet’s/loved one’s name.
